City of Plymouth Michigan Real Estate Statistics (The Photo Attached to this Post Cannot be used without Permission)

(Photography on this website cannot be used without Permission) We’ve seen quite an interesting Real Estate market this year in the City of Plymouth with prices stabilizing and stronger for well presented homes. For the first 11 months of 2010 vs. the same period last year, we’ve had approx. 10% more homes sold for a slightly higher average selling price of $193,875 vs. $190,514 in 2009. During the early part of 2010, the Tax Credit seemed to drive an increase in buying activity although some of this can be explained as ‘pull ahead’ sales.  The net result was fewer homes available during the second half of 2010 which may have driven up prices. The City of Plymouth Real Estate market has remained relatively strong throughout the economic downturn is poised to show increased strength in 2011. The ‘pull factors’ that have kept Plymouth pricing strong include the tree-lined streets, historic homes, thriving downtown, family oriented activities, street festivals, walkability, and much, much more.
