Carrie Bake, principal Broker/Owner
Carrie Bake was born and raised in Plymouth, Michigan and is the daughter of Bob Bake, a prominent Plymouth and Northville Real Estate Broker for over 50 years. In 2014, after working at a Coldwell Banker franchise, Carrie launched BAKE Real Estate, a block from her dad’s brokerage, Robert Bake Realtors, founded in 1967. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sweet Briar College in Virginia, a Master in Management from SKEMA Business School in France, and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Before shadowing with her dad for several years in real estate back in the mid 2000’s Carrie had a career in corporate marketing and strategy which built the foundation for her perspective on the real estate business. With a love of global travel, Carrie lived 3 years each in France and Japan, is fluent in French and used to speak conversational Japanese but is now out of practice. She currently lives with her husband (and fellow Broker) Patrick and unofficial “Real Estate Therapy” dog, Cedar, in Northville where her family has been part of the community for generations. Stephanie BRown, Associate Broker
Stephanie Brown began her career with BAKE Real Estate in 2013 and focuses on the Plymouth, Northville, Canton, Livonia, Ferndale and Ann Arbor areas. She holds the National Association of REALTORS “Green” designation to help promote & educate homeowners & purchasers about energy efficiency and sustainable home features. Stephanie grew up in the area and carries with her a vast and valuable trove of local knowledge – so crucial to real estate decisions often based on location. Combined with her experience in the area, Stephanie is also extremely detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and hard working – all essential qualities required in a Real Estate Broker. Her patience and diligence are equally well-suited for the first-time or experienced homebuyer and seller. Ann Gage, REALTOR®
Ann is a 30+ year resident of Northville/Salem Township area where she and her husband built their custom country estate and raised their 2 sons. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a BA in Economics, an active leader at Northville’s Our Lady of Victory, and an advocate for the Developmentally Disabled/Special Needs community.
Prior to joining Bake Real Estate, Ann established a 30-year corporate career where she honed her incredible gifts for effective negotiating, tenacious attention to detail, and financial & marketing prowess. Integrity and honesty are the cornerstones to her success.

Patrick Wong, Managing Broker/Owner
Raised in Toronto, Canada, Patrick has been part of the Plymouth and Northville community since 1998 when he and Carrie got married and bought their first house in downtown Plymouth. The quaint little cottage had more character than a house so small should – with arched doorways and pass throughs, heavy stucco interior walls, coved ceilings, and hardwood floors. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University (GMI), a Master of Arts degree from the Royal College of Art in London, England, and an MBA from the Ross School of Business – University of Michigan. He is both a left and right brain thinker, which serves him well in the field of real estate. Patrick has been a full-time REALTOR Since 2009 and an Associate Broker since 2014 and specializes in single family homes and condos in the Plymouth and Northville area. In addition to his real estate sales role, Patrick is the co-managing broker with Carrie and chief professional photographer and webmaster for BAKE Real Estate.
