Here’s an example of a quick sale in Downtown Plymouth.  We listed this property in early November.  Within 2 days, we had negotiated an accepted offer and the home closed within 3 weeks!  What went right here?  Well, the home was in a great location on a quiet street, was well-maintained, properly priced, and very well “staged”.  Check out the virtual tour for a home that was free of clutter, wallpaper, and had a décor that appealed to a wide variety of buyers.  These sellers had it all right.  The home sold at list price ($298,000) less 3% in seller concessions, or at 97% of asking price!  Not bad in today’s market.
