It doesn’t happen often but on rare occasions, we do venture out beyond the cozy little hamlets of Plymouth and Northville Michigan. In this particular case, the goal was to find a downtown Royal Oak condo for one of our clients and the prize was this incredible Main Street Square home.  The condo is one of the largest in Royal Oak with 1800 sq ft, 3 Bedrooms, and 2 Full Bathrooms.  The unit is on two floors with an incredible main floor great room with cathedral ceilings, fireplace, and balcony.  The Master Bedroom Suite is on the top floor with a large walk-in closet and full bathroom with tub and shower.  There’s even an extra loft space overlooking the great room from above.  The second and third bedrooms are on the main floor along with the laundry room. And, there’s an attached garage and plenty of parking in the area along a quiet street – all while minutes from the city center.
